Cook until the edges loosen, flip carefully, and brown the other side; repeat for all batter.
Cook the Filling

Stir in the diced tomatoes and tomato paste, simmering for about 10 minutes.
Once the sauce thickens, turn off the heat, let it cool slightly, and stir in the heavy cream.
