Method
Prepare the Caramel
Combine the sugar and water in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until it transforms into a golden amber syrup.
Carefully pour the syrup into a pudding mold, swirling it around to coat the bottom and sides evenly, then set aside to cool.
The Batter
Place the condensed milk, whole milk, and eggs into a blender and process until the mixture is completely smooth.
Pour the blended liquid into the prepared caramel-coated mold.
Baking and Serving
Bake in a preheated oven using a water bath (banho-maria) for approximately 40 minutes or until firm.
Allow the pudding to cool completely before refrigerating. Once chilled, carefully invert onto a plate and serve.
