Brazilian Cattleman's Beans (Feijão Tropeiro)
A traditional Brazilian staple originating from the Minas Gerais region. This hearty dish is naturally dairy-free and packed with high-quality protein from legumes and eggs. It pairs perfectly with grilled meats, white rice, and shredded spring greens for an authentic Brazilian style barbecue. The final plate features a savory, smoky flavor profile complemented by a unique combination of rich and crumbly textures.
