Brazilian Blender Tuna Savoury Pie

Method
Prepare the Filling
Combine the chopped tomato, drained tuna, garden peas, and chopped olives in a bowl.
Season with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste, then set aside.
Assemble and Bake
Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a glass baking dish with a little oil.
Add all batter ingredients into a blender and blend until completely smooth.
Pour half of the blended batter into the prepared baking dish to form the base layer.
Spread the tuna filling evenly over the bottom layer of batter.
Pour the remaining batter uniformly over the filling to seal the pie.
Bake for approximately 35 to 45 minutes until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
